WWE News: C.M. Punk out of TLC, new TLC match announced at Smackdown taping
Dec 4, 2012 - 07:37 PM |
WWE Champion C.M. Punk will not work the main event of the TLC pay-per-view after undergoing knee surgery on Tuesday. It was announced at the Smackdown taping that Ryback will team with Daniel Bryan and Kane to face The Shield in a six-man tag match, according to Wrestlinginc.com Ryback had been scheduled to challenge Punk for the WWE Championship in a TLC match.
Powell's POV: There's money in saving The Shield's first match for pay-per-view. I like the switch under the circumstances.
